For those seeking a classic, hands-on experience, you can choose to cut your own tree from our beautiful forest. This option includes one-on-one help from our friendly staff and a fun ride back to your car, for a small additional service fee. Please note, this is a limited experience due to sustainable harvesting practices.

To keep things fair and organised for everyone, we don’t offer a tagging or reservation service. Don’t worry, we have plenty of high-quality trees available all season, so there’s no need to fear missing out.

Since our trees continue to grow and change during the season, and because tags can sometimes be lost or removed due to weather or other factors, we can’t guarantee you’ll get the exact same tree if you tag it early. For the best experience, we recommend selecting your tree in person when you visit the farm or sales shed.

A fresh Christmas tree will last over 4 weeks with proper care, often staying vibrant and fragrant throughout the entire holiday season. To keep your tree looking its best, make sure to keep the stand filled with water at all times and place the tree away from direct sunlight, air conditioners, or fans that can dry it out faster.

Yes! A sturdy stand is essential to keep your tree upright and stable. It also holds water to keep your tree fresh throughout the season. We sell quality stands at the farm to make sure your tree stays safe and beautiful all Christmas long.

No worries at all. Life gets busy! Justget in touchwith us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery and we’ll sort it out for you. Be sure to include your order number and your new preferred date so our elves can update it in time.

It’s best if someone’s home, especially if we’re setting the tree up inside for you. But if you can’t be there, no worries! Please leave a note at checkout with clear instructions or if you require any assistance. Our staff will leave your tree in a safe shady spot, standing in water to keep it fresh. You’ll also get a text message once your tree has been delivered.

We want you to love your tree! That’s why we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy, we’ll replace it free of charge. Additionally, if your tree doesn’t last until Christmas and you have followed our care instructions,just let us know,we’ll be happy to arrange a replacement.

Trees are delivered between 9 AM and 5 PM on your selected date. While we can’t guarantee an exact time, you’ll receive a text message in the morning when your tree is loaded and the delivery ute is departing the farm, so you know it’s on its way.

Absolutely! We love meeting your furry family members. Dogs are welcome at all Santa photo sessions, and we’re happy to include other pets too, as long as they’re friendly and comfortable around people. Just make sure they’re on a leash or in a carrier while waiting their turn.

We strongly recommend booking your Santa photo session in advance to secure your spot. Walk-ins are welcome if there’s space available, but we can’t guarantee a spot without a booking especially during busy periods.

Yes! The Santa photo area is wheelchair accessible with a ramp for easy entry. While the final path into the forest is on bark chips, we do our best to ensure it’s safe and comfortable for everyone.

We’re also committed to making the experience sensory-friendly. Santa is experienced in working with guests who have sensory sensitivities, including autism, and we’re happy to tailor the session to meet individual needs.

The Santa photo experience itself is completely free! After your session, you can choose from a variety of photo packages available for purchase, starting from $30, so you only pay for the images you love.
